Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Your Rights

As a UK consumer, you are also protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
