Our exclusive new Lake District Toile captures the spirit of slow living in one of Britain’s most beloved landscapes — where dry-stone walls and drifting sheep meet sailing boats and borrowed cottages. Printed in a soft green on a warm cream ground, this detailed countryside scene takes cues from traditional French toile de Jouy but swaps Versailles for valleys, mountains, and misty lakes.
Made in the UK from 100% cotton, it brings a poetic touch to the table — ideal for Sunday roasts, christening lunches, or a quiet breakfast with the paper (and a pot of proper tea).
Available as: tablecloths, napkins, runners, tea towels, and oven gloves. Machine washable. Best styled with buttered crumpets, ironed linen, and someone who knows how to reverse a trailer.
