Do I need to grease silicone baking moulds?

Silicone is naturally non-stick, so most bakes release easily. A light grease the first time you use a mould, or for very sticky mixtures, can help.

Are stainless steel tart moulds reusable?

Yes. Our steel cupcake and tart moulds are designed to be washed and used again, so they replace disposable foil cases.

What can I make with cone pastry moulds?

Wrap strips of puff pastry around them to make cream horns, filled croissants and Danish pastry cones, then fill once baked and cooled.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 7-12 days, as they ship direct from our supplier. Some items arrive more quickly, and the delivery time for each one is shown on its product page.

UK delivery is free on orders over £50. On smaller orders, standard UK delivery is just £3.50.
